Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is a Licensed Massage Therapist who was born and raised in Mahopac, NY. She's been practicing for 3+ years and is currently holding her massage license in New York & Connecticut. She's been in the health field for 8+ years, working as a Physical Therapist Technician.

 

Stephanie has always been interested in the body, but specifically how it functions, moves and recovers. Being a young athlete and having to deal with recovery allowed her to be guided into the field of bodywork therapy.
